I'll pick you up at your place in Barcelona and we'll drive to the mountains.
We'll search for challenging single tracks as we enjoy the beautiful views and hidden places in the woods.
It is not a race! We can take our time to enjoy the trails and chat on the (many) uphills. Don't hesitate to ask about Barcelona and what to do, I love my city!
We'll stop in one of the many hidden bars and restaurants in the mountain for a cup of coffee or a refreshment (not included) as we chat about bikes, design, and mechanics. Along the way we'll meet other riders as we dive into the world of mountain biking.
After three to four hours I'll drive you back to your place so you can continue enjoying Barcelona. As we put the bikes back on the car I'll offer you a refreshment.

Mountain Bike is not included. Bring your own or I can let you a modern full suspension mountain bike with Shimano XT or SRAM GX groupset, FOX Kashima suspension and dropper seatpost for 50€

I'm a mountain biker. I've worked in the bicycle industry for 20 years. I used to design and create bikes around riders' needs and help build the bikes we all use. Now I would love to share our beautiful trails with you and have a good morning riding and talking mountain bikes.

We will be riding the hills surrounding Barcelona: Collserola or Garraf. (Both are within 20 minutes of downtown Barcelona). You will be amazed to find so many great trails and beautiful places only minutes from the city. We will adapt the ride to your skills.

I had a great time mountain biking with Luis. The trails were brilliant and the area was beautiful. Luis was easy going and great company. I would highly recommend this experience. It was one of the highlights of my trip and would do this again if I was back in Barcelona.

I booked the experience last minute and was skeptical because it had rained the entire day before. But Louis was happy to pick me up outside where i was staying and made sure he knew my skill level and which trails I could handle and have fun on. He seemed to know all the trails and always where we were weaving us through the mountains before we stopped for a drink/snack. I had a great time and would definetly recommend this to anyone who is looking for a genuine mountain biking experience.

Highly recommend the mountain biking experience with Luis! He was friendly and knowledgable, and had excellent communication with us as we prepared for our trip to Barcelona. He was also very attentive to the varying skill levels of our group and was able to make the experience memorable and enjoyable for all three of us.
