I can teach you Italian vegetarian cuisine: homemade pasta (both egg pasta or semolina pasta), sauces (simple tomato sauce, pesto), legume-based dishes (farinata, panelle, ...), vegetable-based dishes (aubergine caponata, pepper peperonata, scapece of courgettes, ...), vegetarian lasagne, Italian cakes and sweets (Neapolitan pastiera, tiramisù, Sicilian almond biscuits, chestnut castagnaccio,…
