Fitness boxing at the beach: get a tan, stay fit!
Fitness Boxing is a full-power, outdoor workout that uses boxing and kickboxing techniques to create a cardio workout and build strength.
No boxing experience required! You’ll learn the exercises here.
We start with an active 10-minute warm-up, followed by 40 minutes of High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) based on boxing and kickboxing exercises. We wrap-up with a few stretches at the end.
High-intensity interval training is a type of workout based on brief but full-energy exercises separated by rest periods that you’ll wish were a bit longer (for example, 60 seconds of kicks followed by a 30-second rest).
This is a great way to stay fit while you're on holiday and to have a fun workout at the beach in Barcelona.
I provide gloves and pads but feel free to bring your own towel. And don’t forget to bring water!

Born and raised in Berlin, I've been practicing boxing and muay thai for over 20 years. Since I moved to Barcelona a few years ago, I've enjoyed organizing and guiding boxing classes for the diverse and creative community that is growing here.
I especially enjoy meeting people from other parts of the world and have previously lived in China and Guatemala. My most recent trip was to India, a country I found equal parts fascinating and challenging.
My classes are dynamic and intense but also really fun. I hope you'll join me for a fun workout by the beach while you are here in Barcelona.

The muscle beach here in Barcelona is ideal for a workout. What a view. Afterwards you can still go for a swim or relax on the beach with a cold beverage.

I have always wanted to try boxing. Robert is a great teacher and is very knowledgeable. He was friendly, patient, and enthusiastic. The location was beautiful and very easy to find, and he sent pictures to make sure I didn't get lost. Also, Robert was very accommodating, he allowed me to lock my personal items in his bag which was secured. The lesson was very good, and I feel like I got a great workout and instruction on the proper techniques as a beginner. I will definitely be continuing with boxing when I get back home :)
