Stay at our beautiful lodge-themed private guest-house on our 23 acre farm and relax in the indoor jetted tub or the outdoor shared nine-person hot tub. We are a retired couple with two friendly hypoallergenic dogs Sadie and Zoey. We offer a cozy well maintained studio that has keyless entry. We follow Airbnb Covid-19 enhanced cleaning protocols. Both the kitchen and bath have necessary items including coffee maker. Living room has comfy couch with Hulu and Spectrum. We are on a quiet street walking distance to shops and restaurants. Tully is conveniently located between Syracuse and Cortland both of which can be reached in an easy 20min drive

The Hills of Pompey

Come to relax with friends and family at this 2.5 acre home with large in-ground swimming pool near Syracuse University. The 1700 Sq ft space includes 3 bedrooms (master suite 18’ x 15’) and two full baths! The master suite has a king size bed (can be split to 2 twin size beds) and a pull out sofa sleeper if needed. The second bedroom includes a queen size bed with vanity, and the third bedroom includes a full size bed and dresser. Also is a large eat in full kitchen and living room.

Nestled in a grove of Norway spruce, your peaceful cabin getaway rests in the heart of the Finger Lakes. Built by a local carpenter (with help from his dog Indiana), the cabin has enough coziness and charm to make any stay special. Hike down to Mill Creek (on the property), grill up some burgers on the gas grill, or lounge in a hot tub beneath the stars. The cabin is 15 minutes to Ithaca / Cornell, has a living room with a Switch + BluRay + HBO, and has satellite wifi (30+ MBPS).

Song Lakehouse

Relax lakeside on the deck of our spacious home on Song Lake and at the base of Song Mountain. Conveniently located just off I-81, and situated centrally among Syracuse, Cortland, Ithaca, and the Finger Lakes (and Wine Region). Swim, fish, or kayak right off the dock or beach. Enjoy beautiful fall scenery as the leaves show of their colors! Enjoy skiing @Song Mountain Resort located less than a mile down the street. Labrador Mountain and Greek Peak area short drive away.

Stay a night at our tiny Hobbit House

We are close to Syracuse NY, Jamesville Beach,and Tully. You’ll love our place because - Well, its a Hobbit House :). Very cozy 12 by 12 cabin set in the back of my land right where the woods start. Small cabin good for a couple and maybe a child or two but no more than that. It has an outhouse. If this is sounding too basic or off the grid then please don't book! :) because that's exactly what is. But you also get to say you stayed in a cozy little hobbit house.

DeRuyter Lakefront Camp w/ Boat Dock, 3br

Enjoy this peaceful spot with your whole family on the water's edge of DeRuyter Lake in upstate New York. Lots of added fun with the fire pit, BBQ grill, deck overlooking the water, dock to jump off, a kayak and canoe. Please bring your own bedding and bath towels. There are two queen beds, one in each main bedroom, and a bunk bed with two twins in the third bedroom. You provide your own sheets, blankets, and comforters thanks. We have pillows on the beds.

Welcome to Forest’s Edge” our cozy studio apartment with comfy queen bed, kitchenette, full bath and great work space. Conveniently located in the sleepy town of Lafayette, NY. 5 minutes off Rt 81 but in a quiet country setting. 12 miles south of Syracuse, NY., this quaint apartment offers the perfect resting place for visitors to the area. The apartment is within a short drive of Beak and Skiff Apple Orchards, Syracuse University and wine country.
