Cosy & private, this is my home, where I live, which I occasionally share when away. The apartment’s fully equipped, with all the comfort of a residence lived in daily. Ideal for those seeking tranquility, a central location, close transport, a space with soul and stories + AC, washing machine, free parking and a work station. Since this is my home, some of my belongings will be present (but well organized). It’s a home away from home! Note: This is not a professional or permanent accommodation.

The Wind Mill

Beautifully located in hills overlooking the Atlantic Ocean sits the Marinhas windmill. The windmill dates from the year 1758 and was built in the traditional northern Portuguese style with circular walls, two floors, an entrance on the grown floor and two windows on the upper floor. It is classified as a municipal heritage building. The mill is 130 meters above sea level thus providing a breathtaking view over the towns and ocean and a unique retreat for the more adventurous guest.

Quinta dos Moinhos

Fantastic detached villa with privileged river views in the Praia da Lomba area, embraced by the surrounding mountains. The property is interconnected by charming Portuguese cobblestone paths, allowing fluid access from the living areas directly to the riverbank. A Casa do Vitó de arquitetura tradicional, está localizada no lugar de Paços, freguesia de Souselo no concelho de Cinfães, num aglomerado rural junto à EN222, uma estrada mítica do nosso país. Na zona envolvente podem realizar caminhadas na natureza, passeios pelo rio Douro e Paiva, visitar os Passadiços do Paiva ou descobrir os encantos das Montanhas Mágicas. Serão recebidos pelo anfitrião Vitó que, sendo local e conhecendo a zona, vos ajudará a descobrir os encantos da região.

Estúdio Cascata

Este é um espaço único, com uma vista deslumbrante sobre a cascata e natureza envolvente. Ideal para um fim de semana de aventuras! Venha preparado para pouca rede de telemóvel e Wi-Fi lento, uma vez que o local é isolado. Por outro lado, o som da natureza ganha uma dimensão fantástica, a água do rio e os pássaros envolvem nos totalmente. O acesso é feito (nos últimos 500m) por caminho em terra e é necessário estar atento as indicações que lhe fornecemos para que não se perca.
