We offer two beautiful cottages (The Hemingway and The FW) that are located on 50 acres at the end of a dead end road. Surrounded by thousands of privately owned acreage, featuring abundant wildlife (deer, turkey, birdwatchers paradise). This is a working cattle ranch so you can take in sunsets as cattle graze in front of you. Cottages are newly built and fully furnished. Lofts for reading, custom tile showers, outdoor fire pits and lounge area. Cottages are located away from main house.

The Horseshoe Cottage

Charming Texas Hill Country guest cottage located on 19 acre private family horse farm. Easy access to Hwy. 237, close to Festival Hill and 2.5 miles to the town square. This spacious studio has a queen bed and day bed with trundle (two twin beds). There is also a kitchen with a small refrigerator, microwave, toaster oven and Keurig. The bathroom has a large walk in shower, washer/dryer and closet space. Air Conditioning, Heat. WiFi avaliable. Covered porch with two rocking chairs.

This unit can sleep 2 comfortably. FlopHouze I has a queen bed at one end and full size couch at the other end of the 300 sq. foot space. An efficient Hollywood bathroom separates the space with an iron and hair dryer. Outside, each Houze has its own hammock, fire pit and chairs. Inside, the kitchenette features a sink, microwave, mini fridge, tea kettle and Chemex coffee maker for the morning get up an goers!
