Das Haus befindet sich in einem romantischen Dorf , das in einem Tal liegt.Die Lage ist zentral und der Bus ,Einkaufszentren sind 5 min entfernt.In 10 min ist der See in dem man baden kann.Auch verschiedene Wanderwege liegen in der nähe und man ist abseits vom Verkehr und kann die Ruhe und Landschaft geniessen.Im Winter gibt es auch einen Skilift.Im Dorf ist es ruhig , es gibt dennoch verschiedene Möglichkeiten wenn man in den Ausgang gehen möchte.Die nächste Stadt ist 20 min mit dem Bus entfern

See, Sportanlage mit Hallenbad und Naherholungsgebiet liegen in unmittelbarer Umgebung. Das Studio eignet sich auch für mehrwöchige Wochenaufenthalte.

The apartment is located in Feldmeilen, directly on Lake Zurich with a balcony and great lake view. Right across the street there is a small park with beautiful views over lake Zurich and the possibility to take a swim in summer. The apartment is 20 minutes from Zurich downtown by train. The train station is 5 minutes by foot. A restaurant and grocery stores are 3 minutes by foot. It is a quiet residential building and we ask you to be quiet from 10pm - 7am.

The connection to public transport is very good, so that especially the cities of Zurich, Zug and Lucerne can be reached quickly. I live in a 4 1/2-room apartment in a quiet (normally), clean and safe suburb of Zurich. on the second (feels like third) floor with balcony, no elevator. Easily reachable by public transportation (every 15 minutes by day and 30 minutes in the evening). Night trains on Friday and Saturday. About 30 Minutes from the main station (if you follow the instructions and already have a tricket!). About 10 minutes to walk from public transportation.
