This is a bi-level apartment in a 4 plex with no one above or below you. It's located in a good neighborhood and is a short drive to shopping, dining establishments and the Encana Arena. Comes with fully equipped kitchen as well as a propane bbq. There's also a desk and workspace which makes it perfect if you're working from home. Parking area is close to the door. You will enter SunRise Suite from the back of the house and it is a separate unit within the lower floor of the home. The spacious suite includes a full kitchen and 3 piece bathroom with shower. You will sleep in a kingsize bed in the bedroom. Also on the lower level are two Airbnb bedrooms for other guests. You will have access to a washer and dryer which is outside the suite door and shared with other Airbnb guests.
