The Lodge 44a - nr. South Downs N. Park. No Fees!

The Lodge 44a (refreshed in 2025!) is purpose built, STEP FREE, accessible, semi-detached bungalow (shower is NOT wheelchair accessible) on the edge of Worthing a short walk from the National Park. Consists of a King-size en-suite bedroom, very well equipped kitchen, cosy and comfortable lounge/diner/utility room with additional toilet/high end washer/dryer. It has every home comfort, 55" OLED TV incl. full cable & streaming TV. Free off street parking. Own front door. Very fast (secure) Wi-Fi.

The Annexe - Cherry Cottage (self-contained)

Through your own front door you enter a comfortable and spacious self-contained apartment - lounge with kitchen adjoining, Double Bedroom (with single sofa bed* or cot) and Bathroom (no bath just a shower). Continental breakfast included on first night. Short walk from local Pubs, Shops, Restaurants, perfect for walking and cycling the South Downs National Park (less than a mile away). A short drive will take you to Arundel, Worthing, Goodwood and Brighton. *sofa bed is within the bedroom

South Downs Way Loft ( Tinpots)

The Loft We’re situated a stones throw from the South Downs Way, approximately half way between Winchester & Eastbourne. Ideal for those who are walking/cycling the SDW. The loft is a bright & comfortable studio. Ideally for 2 adults, but a 3rd adult/child can be catered for, a Z bed is available on request. There is a king bed, kitchenette, shower room, 2 comfy chairs & tv. Patio doors to a deck, BBQ, with stunning views onto the surrounding fields. Here you can see the free range pigs.

Gorgeous modern furnished cabin in Steyning

The cabin is located on a 4 acre plot about 200m from our house with a view of a pond. We are a family with 2 friendly dogs and are there to help if needed but far enough away to give you privacy. Steyning high street is only 1 mile away from the property. Please note - the cabin works for 2 adults,2 children, 4 adults are a squeeze as the sleep sofa is 1.30 m wide. If you would like a birthday decoration as in the photos please let me know- this can be arranged at an extra charge.

Goatchers Studio - a gem in the centre of Findon.

Goatchers Studio, in the centre of our beautiful village, is a short stroll to three excellent pubs, a fine dining restaurant and national walking trails. Ideal if you are looking for a romantic getaway, for wedding guests at Findon Manor, Findon Place and Cissbury Barn or for longer visits. The self-contained studio has been refreshed to a high standard with a feature antique French bed, with luxurious Egyptian linens, smart TV and free WiFi. The Studio isn't suitable for dogs.

Nightingale Cabin

Nestled in the village of Amberley at the foot of the Downs. The hand-built, eco-friendly wood cabin is in the shaded, far corner of the 1 acre plot, facing south towards downland, across fields and a small pond where water birds gather. The cabin is full of rustic charm. It is a completely secluded and tranquil place, ideal for nature lovers and those seeking a short-term escape from the hassle and bustle of city life. It provides a perfect retreat for writers or artists.

Peaceful rural studio with piano, The Tractor Shed

Close to South Downs National Park, Knepp Wilding and coast. Quiet, rural setting on a farm by Warminghurst Church. Loved by musicians. Beautiful, light, airy self-catering barn with piano, twin or Super King bed, equipped kitchen. Perfect getaway from the city, quiet music retreat and excellent romantic setting for a Wedding Night. Private area with lawn for the use of guests, that is not overlooked. Parking for two cars. Good walks and surrounded by beautiful countryside.

The Vale House Lodges are located behind our family home in a quiet converted stable yard and offers 5 developed flexible & stylish lodges which can be booked as a whole or individually. Wattlegate Cottage is a charming converted carthouse on a traditional working farm in the heart of the South Downs National Park. A peaceful retreat for couples, walkers, and cyclists, it offers modern comforts and an enclosed private garden, perfect for unwinding after a day exploring the South Downs or cycling the Downs Link Path. Just off the A27, the cottage is ideally placed for visiting Brighton, Lewes, Arundel, Steyning, and the many picturesque villages nearby.

Carwen Studio

Welcome to Carwen Studio. We can’t wait to host you in sunny Worthing. We are in a lovely walk into the very popular Broadwater and Tarring areas and a short journey to Worthings Cafe and Beachlife. Carwen Studio is well equipped . There is a comfortable lounge with Kitchenette which includes kettle, toaster, microwave and fridge. As well as this great lounge you have a bedroom and shower room and you are welcome to use an allocated of road parking space.

A beautiful Garden Room close to the South Downs

The 'Garden Room' is a light and airy self contained three room annex, located in the picturesque village of High Salvington, well known for its Windmill in the Souths Downs National Park. It it is completely self-contained, with a separate entrance from the adjacent family house. With easy access to the Souths Downs, it’s location is ideal for both walking & cycling and also within a 25 minute drive to Goodwood, Chichester, Cowdray and Brighton & Hove.
