Country location on a quiet road just minutes from Canandaigua Lake, and Bristol Mountain. Large farmhouse, with private suite including a huge great room (450 sf), wrap around screened-in porch. Please note that bedrooms and bath are upstairs. Geothermal heating/cooling. No full kitchen or downstairs sink available, only toaster oven, mini fridge, coffee maker (Keurig) with seating for 4 in section of great room. TV, fast Wifi for all your devices. Plenty of privacy and room to spread out.

This wing of my renovated and restored 1880’s farmhouse has private front and back entrances leading to the main hallway/parlor. Living room with TV, puzzles, games, cards, magazines, and more. The adjoining kitchen and dining area offers many amenities such as fridge, stove, microwave, coffee service. Under stairs is a half bath. Up the grand staircase are two large queen rooms with full bathrooms en suite, as well as an additional queen bedroom w/out bath. Tasteful, comfortable, thoughtful.

This house is just 2 miles from Ithaca downtown and 3 miles from Cornell University. This 2 bedroom loft apartment is located above our pottery studio tucked in the woods on 5 acres of land just 1 mile off of Keuka Lake. Nearby wineries, lakes, breweries and artist studios make this location perfect for a family get away. The space includes an outdoor deck, bathroom, small kitchen, living room and 2 bedrooms. The kitchen has a small fridge and microwave but does not have a stove. There is wireless access and a television; however no Cable TV. You can use Apple TV.
