A beautiful traditional house in the heart of Syros town, at the exclusive picturesque 'Vaporia' neighbourhood. The house is built on the rocks, with a unique view of the Aegean sea. It is built on four levels (many steps!) with private access to the seaside and a private open terrace. The two advertised, private rooms, are located on levels 3 and 4 and are accessible through the main entrance through level 1 (street level). The host family of two and a small dog and cat, live on levels 1 & 2.

Enjoy the unique experience that the location of this summer house offers you,just in front of the beach, relax on the large veranda with the sea view and swim in the clear Aegean Sea. The house lacated in the south of the island , from where you can start your excursions , either by car or by public transportation. There is a bus stop near the house and connection between Hermoupolis(the capital town), the port and other villages and beaches. Feel like home and enjoy your stay at my place !

The House of the Setting Sun

Traditional storied house with entresol located at the picturesque side of Kini beach, 5 meters from the sand. Includes air conditioning, a solar water heater, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom, as well as a large veranda with a direct view on the sunset. Can host up to 6 persons. Cafeterias, mini markets, restaurants and the bus stop, as well as the Aquarium, are all in close proximity. Recommended for couples, families and friend groups looking for a quality vacation at the countryside.

The house is only 100meters from the gorgeous sandy beach of Agios Romanos, one of the most clean beaches of Tinos, with no winds, where you can enjoy everyday swimming. Its is also 7.8km away from Chora , the center of the island , where there are plenty of things to do all day long. It provides an amazing view to enjoy a quiet , relaxing time away from home after full day full of adventures! Το Navirene βρίσκεται στο κέντρο της Ερμούπολης Σύρου, στην περιοχή "Βαπόρια" επί της αριστοκρατικής οδού Απόλλωνος. Πρόκειται για ένα κτίριο νεοκλασικής τεχνοτροπίας που χτίστηκε τον προηγούμενο αιώνα και αναδιαμορφώθηκε μετέπειτα ώστε να εξυπηρετεί τις σύγχρονες λειτουργικές ανάγκες. Είναι οικοδομημένο σε τρία επίπεδα, με τα θεμέλια του να βρίσκονται κυριολεκτικά μέσα στη θάλασσα. Πρόκειται για σπίτι 150 τμ που προσφέρει άνεση στους επισκέπτες του για ξεκούραστες διακοπές στη Σύρο.

Μονοκατοικία πλήρως εξοπλισμένη σε παραθαλάσσια περιοχή με ησυχία και ιδιωτικότητα, ανάμεσα σε δύο υπέροχες παραλίες του νησιού μας τον Άγιο Ρωμανό και την Απηγανια!!Φανταστική θέα!!!!Στην παραλία του Αγίου Ρωμανού υπάρχει πρόσβαση με αυτοκίνητο αλλά και από μονοπάτι (5 λεπτά) και διαθέτει οργανωμένο beach bar, ταβέρνα και καφετέρια.Η παραλία της Απηγανιας είναι παρθένα, μη οργανωμένη και έχει πρόσβαση μόνο από μονοπάτι (5-10λεπτα)!!Διατίθεται θέση στάθμευσης εντός της ιδιοκτησίας.

Casa Onda

Open the balcony door, breathe in the Aegean air and enjoy the endless blue. Ferries bound for the port come by within "touching" distance, as the scenery is completed by the islands of Tinos and Mykonos. The apartment is right above the only beach in town (Asteria), next to the picturesque Vaporia area. A just 10' walk will take you downtown, passing by the impressive Ag. Nikolaos church and the stunning Apollon theatre. Lastly, make sure to catch the sunrise, at least once!

Few metres from the house at the area "Piatsa", you will find many cafes, bistros, restaurants and shops for your buys.
