El alpendre entre palmeras

Antiguo alpendre recientemente transformado para su uso residencial en Santa Lucía de Tirajana. El alpendre era la casa de los animales. Los más apreciados y difíciles de sostener eran las vacas . Solía haber dos por propiedad. La parte de la vacas es ahora el salón comedor y cocina. Las cabras y la burra se alojaban en las otras dependencias que hoy día son los dormitorios, y el baño actual era el lugar donde se depositaba la hierba del resto del día, ya que se solía coger por la mañana .

Das vollständig ausgestattete, alte Bürgerhaus im Zentrum von San Gregorio in einer Fußgängerzone wurde mit viel Liebe zum Detail renoviert. Altes wurde erhalten und neue Details hinzugefügt, um einen ganz speziellen Ort zu schaffen. Das Höhlenhaus hängt wie Schwalbennest am Hang. Es besticht besonders durch seinen traumhaften Meerblick und Süd-West Ausrichtung. Bei gutem Wetter sieht man bis zur Nachbarinsel Teneriffa. Beide Schlafzimmer sowie das Wohnzimmer sind im Höhlenteil des Hauses untergebracht. Im Anbau befinden sich die Wohnküche, ein Bad mit Badewanne, Panoramafenster und Dusche sowie die separate Toilette/Waschraum. Es gibt eine kleine Terrasse und eine Dachterrasse mit Chillout-Bereich und Barbeque.
