Charming cottage in historic Gracehill village, dating back to the 1800's, which has been lovingly restored, is full of character, with modern amenities. The comfortable living room has a working open fire, leading to an eat in kitchen which is well equipped and opens onto an enclosed patio. Centrally located between Belfast and The Causeway Coast, this unique property is an ideal base from which to explore the surrounding area.

Newburgh, Fife is an historical town. In the 18th century linen was woven in weaving sheds and cottages which still reflects in its architecture today. The town is sandwiched between the river Tay and a hillside providing ample walks and other sport activities. Many visitors start on the ‘ Fife Coastal Walk’ from this location. The chapel has excellent wifi. The town is self sufficient with shops, post office, chemist, doctors, dentist, garage, gallery and its very own distillery!

Deer Park cottage is situated within the private Scottish estate garden and is surrounded by the deer park. It is the most secluded of cottages and offers a very private and natural hideaway. Powered by wood pellet boiler and on its own water system supplied from the Ochills you can feel completely at one with nature. On occasions you can wake up to deer grazing within feet of your bedroom window and be lulled to sleep by the hooting of owls or wind blowing through the trees.
