Our beautifully converted barn is ideally located in the picturesque village of Ruston. Set within a stunning Grade II listed farmstead, just 50 metres from the edge of the North York Moors National Park & with easy access of coastal walks, beaches & market towns including Whitby, Pickering, Filey, Cayton & Malton. Stylishly & comfortably furnished, the ground floor is roomy & open plan with a wood burner & under floor heating. The mezzanine bedroom has a super comfortable King size bed & bath.

Fabulous cosy barn conversion located in a quaint village but a stones throw from many of the lovely beaches located on the east Yorkshire coast. Fantastic wood burning hot tub in the rustic outside den for your private use. You will have the whole barn to yourself including balcony which includes a charcoal BBQ, you can sit and chill while watching the sun go down. Also private side garden. Inside there is a roaring log burner to snuggle up to. Pets are welcome but are limited to one please.

The Pump House is nestled within the Ancient village of Pockthorpe in the beautiful countryside of East Yorkshire. It is a renovated 200 year old farm building which has been lovingly restored to retain its original features including a deep well with glass top (reinforced!) pulleys and metal work. Whether you're seeking a romantic retreat or a fun-filled getaway, The Pump House offers a haven for relaxation or as a base to explore the beautiful Yorkshire Wolds and amazing coastline.

Welcome to our home from home located on the magnificent coast between Sewerby and Danes Dyke. Sunnyside Studio is a detached wooden building with its own private patio and entrance. A clean and functioning space for exploring the local coastline and countryside. The sofa bed is king size, so it is suitable for one person or a couple. The studio is equipped with everything you should need to make your stay cosy and comfortable. Situated in the heart of the village and originally built in the 1950's as an artist's studio and recently renovated.

Croft Cottage is situated on the edge of the quaint fishing village in Flamborough on the East Yorkshire coast. This luxury cottage in Flamborough, sleeps 5 (1 x King size bed, 1 x Double bed, 1 x Single bed). The cottage has been furnished and decorated to a high standard, with an enclosed garden, large patio area and secure garage, which is available on request to store bikes, golfing equipment and fishing tackle.
