Incantevole rifugio immerso nel caratteristico paesaggio di vecchie colate laviche e boschi nel versante est dell' Etna, a quota 900 mt circa, attrezzato per brevi soggiorni per ospitare fino a 4 persone. Contesto ideale per amanti della natura e della tranquillità, nel vulcano più grande d'Europa, ricco di itinerari percorribili a piedi o in mountain bike. Il rifugio è ubicato in pieno percorso della gara di MTB "ETNA MARATHON" . Il rifugio offre piacevoli soggiorni in tutte le stagioni.

Placed into the core of the old city, between Via Etnea, Via A. di Sangiuliano e Piazza Stesicoro, between artisan workshops, prominent restaurant, traditional trattorias, refined café, between the elegant Opera Theater Massimo Bellini and the biggest open air market of the city, the house (to which you can access with an elevator) is at the last floor of an ancient liberty building of the very first XX century, with high painted ceiling with vault and original decorated floor.

Questo studio si trova dentro Villa Lionti, fra Catania e l'Etna, a 500 metri slm. Nella villa ci sono altri 5 appartamenti con caratteristiche diverse. Gli architetti dicono che è la villa meglio preservata in tutta la Sicilia orientale Questo monovano è di circa 35 mq, ristrutturato nel 2017 con stile moderno, è composto da una grande stanza con zona pranzo, area cucina completa e un comodo letto matrimoniale. Vista panoramica sull'Etna e sul mare, discesa diretta dal giardino al mare (scogli). Ci troviamo in una zona tranquilla chiamata Baia del silenzio, e' un'area privata con cancello automatico e custode. Il ristorante piu' vicino è a 7 km, il bar piu' vicino a 4 km. Il paese più vicino è Brucoli a circa 8 km un piccolo borgo marinaro molto frequentato soprattutto in estate in cui troverete bar, ristoranti, pizzerie, un piccolo supermercato.

Situata ai piedi di Taormina, a 2 passi dal mare di Giardini Naxos, San Marco, isola Bella, all'ombra dell'Etna, accanto alle gole dell'Alcantara. La casa, al piano rialzato, composta da una camera da letto, un bagno e una cucina con soggiorno. Parcheggio privato nel cortile adiacente. Aria condizionata. NB terrazza condivisa!
