Beachfront Condo 500 Steps to the Ocean

One bedroom condo on Charleston's closest beach! 15 minutes from downtown Charleston and 500 steps to the ocean. The City of Folly Beach has many pet friendly restaurants, a dog park, and dogs are allowed on the beach from October through April. There is a king size deluxe bed in main bedroom, as well as a queen pullout sofa and two accent chairs in living room. There is a 50" smart TV in living room. Kitchenette with dishwasher. Access to washer/dryer on suite (shared with one neighbor).

The Garden Folly Guest House

Our architect said, “this is NOT a garage, it’s a Garden Folly!” Our Guest House has a bird’s eye view of the rose covered pecan tree and a vista of the marsh and the Wappoo Creek. When we rebuilt our 1930's garage we saved all the beaded siding and pine floor. My husband enjoyed incorporating many design elements and creative ideas. It was quickly becoming the Taj Garage. We decided it was just the kind of property we enjoy when we travel, so, Voila! we decided to share it with you!

King Tide offers some of the most spectacular views Folly Beach has to offer—spanning the marsh, the iconic Morris Island Lighthouse, the Ravenel Bridge, and the Atlantic Ocean. With two spacious back decks, a large front porch, and an open-concept living area, you’ll have no shortage of places to soak it all in. Located just across the street from the beach, King Tide is a short walk to public beach access and the Lighthouse Inlet Heritage Preserve. Sleeps 10–11 guests comfortably.

This newly built carriage house is separate from the main house. The cottage is about 1,200 sqft so it very open and spacious and great views of marsh and our tidal creek. We have a separate work area with desk and a massive dinning table if you need more room to work or to gather with friends. Full kitchen, washer and dryer, massive shower, the list goes on. The Turtle's Nest (Waterfront)

The 2nd level queen bedroom of the Turtle's Nest may be one of the best imaginable as the room opens to a large shared deck leading to extensive River views where you can BBQ your freshly caught fish from the Folly pier or return from a day at the beach and watch the sunset. The first floor of the nest is spacious and comfortable with a fully equipped kitchen, additional queen bedroom and living room. Sleeps 4 comfortably/2 bathrooms Parking available for one vehicle
