“Villa Rosa dei Venti”, è situata a soli 500 mt dall’ antico borgo marinaro di Marzamemi. La casa è composta da una camera da letto matrimoniale patronale con bagno in camera, una seconda stanza da letto matrimoniale con bagno attiguo. Il Nido di Modica è un'antica casetta molto particolare con una vista spettacolare sul centro storico, completamente ristrutturata seguendo scrupolosamente lo stile dell'epoca. Dalla muratura all'arredamento è un immersione totale nella Modica di fine '800 e inizi del '900, per di più incastonata e integrata perfettamente all'interno del quartiere Cartellone, un luogo senza tempo arroccato sulla collina di fronte a San Giorgio con un groviglio di viuzze pedonali che rimandano al medioevo.
