This unique place has a style all its own. Designed in a Japanese way with it's own Water Garden, terrace and boardwalk. Ideal for a family and children will love The Garden Wing, but there is access to the Japanese water garden, and bedroom 3+4 have unguarded stairs to unuseable mezzanine bunks ( see photos). Situated within the popular Sandy Balls holiday resort with in and outdoor pools, gym, spa, entertainment, eateries and more (guest passes required purchased from Sandy Balls - see details in guest access below). Wild ponies and donkeys just a short walk or bike ride away, with country pubs en route. Beaches, water parks, Paulton’s Park/Peppa Pig World and Moors Valley Nature Park nearby.

Dobbin’s Stable is a freshly renovated brick built stable block, one of two, located on a farm, which combines all the charm and character of a period building with the style and comfort of a warm and comfortable home. Set in the heart of the New Forest National Park, where ponies, donkeys, cows and pigs roam free, the walking and biking trails are literally on our doorstep, as is a fab pub, cafe and farm shop, and of course the New Forest itself. Borrow our complimentary push bikes too.

Elgin Cottage is a 16th century mid terraced home situated in the heart of Whiteparish. Beautifully presented and newly refurbished, this rustic cottage has stunning original features. With a log burner in the reception room which also has space to dine, two double bedrooms, a fully fitted kitchen with dishwasher, a secluded rear garden, laundry area with washing machine and separate drier, a study area with desk, high speed WIFI, and a bathroom with a bath and shower over.

Nestled on the edge of an ancient wood in South Downs National Park and with fantastic views over Ladyhill Vineyard and the Hampshire countryside The Glade has a cosy A-Frame to grab a good night sleep, a separate shower room with flushable loo to keep you fresh and a kitchen equip-for-easy glamping. Relax and admire the views, BBQ on the fire pit, spot deer and hare or stroll down the river Itchen to The Bush gastro pub. You’ll return home totally refreshed!

The Little Berri is situated within the idyllic New Forest National Park. The cabin is self-contained, beautifully finished to a high standard and is complete with an enclosed private garden. Direct access to the forest, guests can enjoy exploring the beauty of the National Park straight from the front gate. There is also quick and easy access to main roads for guests to enjoy the beaches, villages and towns nearby and of course some wonderful country pubs.

A fantastic village pub is just down the road, while the New Forest National Park, Bournemouth’s beautiful beaches, and the breathtaking Jurassic Coast are all within easy reach.

Primrose Cottage- The Barn New Forest

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Situated in the heart of the New Forest. Walk out of the gate into a beautiful oasis of breathtaking scenery where the animals roam free . Great for walkers and photographers etc I can do silk painting experience if you would like too. Also can teach machine embroidery - see pictures at the end for ideas - it is very simple to do I promise. I charge 20.00 for a session which includes materials

A warm welcome to our riverside cottage, a two bedroom quiet retreat located in the New Forest national park with lovely walks and cycle paths to see the ponies and other wildlife. It’s only a 20 min drive to the medieval city of Salisbury and 30-40 min drive to the sandy beaches of the South Coast. We have a friendly local village shop and pub within walking distance, and a fabulous ‘water-hole’ for swimming a few mins walk down the lane.
