We are in a very handy location for those of you visiting the Badminton horse trials. Dan y Berllan is one of two cottages on a working hill farm in the Brecon Beacons National Park, it means "under the orchard" The cottages are self catering but should you not wish to cook, to the top of our drive is The Crown Inn , a lovely village pub serving amazing food. The market town Abergavenny is all but a stone's throw away by car. Surrounded by beautiful countryside with amazing walks ,the cottage is perfected located to take a stroll or a long trek .

A peaceful retreat, overlooking a lake and adjacent to pastures. The cabin has a double bed with memory foam mattress, a cosy sitting room, where you can relax amidst throws, beanbags and cushions. The electric fire means that you can return from the coldest of outings and be toasty warm in minutes. With the remote control, you can even do this from the comfort of your bed! We’re by no means 5* luxury but if you’re after rustic charm this is the place for you!
