The Green House on Remington is a cozy turn-of-the-century house with new modern comforts and a convenient place to stay in Old Town. Easy walking to CSU campus, also to the downtown area with its variety of restaurants, bars, and shops. The house has a spacious backyard and patio. Our recently remodeled home is a perfect getaway for all. The house is a duplex, with two working professionals living in the basement. They have their own separate entrance and do not share any spaces with you.

The Garden Studio in Old Town

This little studio has had quite a history. The main house was built in 1908, and the studio was built shortly after as a carriage house. It had a facelift as a pottery studio in the 70's. Now, after a remodel in 2023, it is a cozy retreat for guests looking to explore our incredible city. Whether you came for the Old Town experience, hiking in the fresh mountain air, hopping around our world class breweries, or hitting the slopes, we hope you find as much to love about our city as we do.

It is located in the heart of Old Town and a short 3 block walk to restaurants, breweries, coffee shops, music venues, grocery. Under 1 mile to CSU and a short bike ride to Canvas stadium. Less than 5 miles to Horsetooth Reservoir and Lory State Park.

This guest house was built in the summer of 2016 and is fully furnished with everything you will need. It is located less than a mile from beautiful Old Town Fort Collins and CSU! Very comfortable for 2-4 people, kid/family friendly with a couch that converts to a bed in the downstairs living space. I also have two classic bikes for guests to use during their stay.
