This second story apartment in historic Auburn offers beautiful views overlooking the square and located above the 9th Street Brew Coffee House. A full kitchen, with hot plates, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, toaster, and coffee maker. A great quiet location on a caulisack with a nature preserve behind home. The apartment has a separate entry way. Basement is a closed off with door and can be locked for privacy.
