Relax with a hot tub soak, then cap the evening sharing stories under an inky sky gathered round the fire pit with a soothing hot toddy or mug of creamy cocoa.

Nestled right on the Susquehanna River, RIVER has a great view of Hyner Mountain Vista and easy access down to the water to enjoy at any moment. The beauty of the day floods the inside and the wonders of nature can be seen from every angle of our open floor plan. When evening falls, engulf yourself in beautifully colorful sunsets and vast skies littered with twinkling stars. RIVER is secluded and serine with original art sculptures and MCM pieces. The cottage is located in Howard, PA with a view of Foster Joseph Sayers Lake and Bald Eagle State Park. The nearly 8-mile-long lake has 23 miles of shoreline offer excellent warm-water fishing. Bald Eagle State Park has a boat launch in Howard, lighted and provides 24-hour access. The cottage is 30 minutes from Penn State University in State College. 20 minutes from Lock Haven University, Lock Haven. There are many local activities. Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay.
