Pond View is located in centre of Four Elms village overlooking the village pond. With parking on the forecourt, it has been furnished to give that “home from home” feel. Guests, in between houses or from overseas looking for longer stays have always enjoyed their stay. Puncheur Place is a semi-detached cottage on a private Estate in the middle of cycling country at the foot of Ide Hill nr Hever. It is quiet yet accessible to dozens of pubs/golf. The garden is west facing and large. Perfect for outdoor picnics. The cottage is not huge, but cozy. Many footpaths. This is Tudor County so many period properties and pubs nearby. Indeed our Estate was once owned by Thomas Boleyn, then Mary Boleyn after the beheading of her sister Anne in 1533. #puncheurplace

There is a wealth of things to keep you busy in the local area, or simply enjoy the hut’s amenities making for a perfect romantic break.
