There are heaters in the lounge and bedroom and heated towel rail in the shower room. A parking space is at the bottom of the path leading up to the property approximately 50 meters away.

The property is accessed via steps leading to a pedestrian pathway that sits above Fore Street. There are car parks nearby. Pubs, restaurants and quays are all within a couple of minutes' walk. Readymoney Beach is a short stroll away and there are many beautiful coastal walks. No pets are allowed.
