THIS IS A NON-SMOKING/NO PET HOME. This home has 3 Bedrooms and 2 ½ baths. It’s stocked with everything you need, so you can focus on having FUN. There are 4 kayaks located under the deck for your enjoyment and a golf cart to load them on. Two vehicles, your boat and trailer will fit perfectly in the driveway and you will have access to the docks for tying down your boat. Just a short drive around the corner to the Bluegill Grill at Holiday Landing Marina for food, live music, and fishing!
