We're close enough for day trips to FL & AL beaches (about 1.5 hours). If you're into history, it's not far to the USS Alabama battleship or Fort Mims. Across the street is The Warehouse Market & Bakery, so you can grab some cinnamon rolls and groceries. Splash pad, parks, shopping & more in the town of Atmore (6 miles).

Jennings Park is close by and has a paved walking trail Plenty of restaurants ElReys Mexican, Happy kitchen Chinese. David’s Catfish, Camp 31 BBQ, simply donuts and so much more. There is a laundry mat conveniently located less than a mile. We are not responsible for water, Power or Internet service issues that may occur during your stay. THINGS TO NOTE: We do have a rooster that is fond of crowing. Lol

Tranquility Cabin is a traditional log cabin, built by the owners, that offers a relaxing atmosphere, and lots of privacy on a small pond away from city life. (Fishing is not allowed). We are a little more than an hour from Pensacola Beach, Fl. which boasts historical Fort Pickens and 75 miles from Gulf Shores, AL. Wind Creek Casino just 20 minutes away.
