The entire bay is also a PRIME fishing area. You get access to our "Family Fun Shed" with kayaks, bikes, strollers and outdoor games for you to use, at no charge! We are also child and dog friendly as well!

Plenty of bars and restaurants, shopping, Webfooter’s water ski show, boat ramps, Patridge Lake and beach. 3-bedroom/1bath plus futon in enclosed porch and pullout sofa in living area. Extra parking for cars or boats. Ask us about possible use of a boat dock to tie up to across the street (small fee).

The perfect home for a laid back group of friends, couples or a family to stay with all the comforts of being at home.
