Yosemite NP is about an hour away, via 2 entrances, with year-round activities for all activity levels. Many of our guests tell us they wished they’d had more time to just unplug, right here on the property.

Restored 1922 Walk to Old Town - The Garden House

This adorable 100-year-old Craftsman Bungalow has been restored, updated, and made beautiful again while still keeping its lovely original charm. This unique home is on a large half-acre lot in Old Town Clovis, which is close enough to walk to many wonderful restaurants, coffee shops, antique stores, and local activities like Farmers Markets. It's just 15 minutes from the airport and is an excellent middle-ground location for visiting beautiful Yosemite and the amazing Sequoias. It's so lovely!

Escape to nature in our Manzanita Tiny Cabin. This is one of two tiny houses on our property. Enjoy the views and the stars on the peaceful 24 acres this cabin shares. Located 4.2 miles to Bass Lake, 23 miles to Yosemite South Gate Entrance (Mariposa Grove) or 90 minutes to Yosemite Valley. Amenities include stocked kitchen with Keurig, queen bed, sofa bed, and small sleeping loft w/queen mattress. The outdoor area is perfect for relaxing, stargazing or playing the 6-hole disc golf course.

We are a husband and wife team who grew up in the city and had dreams of owning a place where we could welcome friends, family, & maybe some animals! When we first saw our place, we fell in love with the views, yet we never imagined becoming a sanctuary for animals (and humans too)! As parents, our only regret is not doing this sooner! Birdlife is abundant and nearby is Cat Haven ( featuring lions, snow leopards etc.). Yosemite is within reach for a day trip . Great coffee 2 minutes away!
