This spot is close enough to enjoy the shops and cuisine of Homer 15 mins away, or enjoy the solitude and grab a cocktail at The Homestead nearby. Four miles beyond us takes you to Eveline State Rec Area. The cabin is cozy- monitor heat or the warmth of late day sun through the southwest facing picture windows. A clean composting outhouse completes the rustic atmosphere.

Only 8 miles to the Spit, 5 miles to the Kilcher Homestead, but away from the hustle and bustle of Homer’s busy summer season. This Bear themed studio has a queen bed in the main room, and a microwave, refrigerator and with a private bathroom off of the main room. We have just added a second room, with two twin beds. Everything is cozy and private! Located 5.2 miles east of Homer, on a paved road.
