Private high end home in Kenai just 5 minutes to anything! Fishing, beaches, shopping, nightlife, sports complex, schools, and more are all within just a few minutes drive. This 3600' home sits on 2.5 acres inside city limits in one of Kenai's premier neighborhoods. A large driveway boats room for Boat/RV parking or plenty of vehicles to accommodate larger families or groups. Home has open floor plan, chefs kitchen, family/formal space, large deck and freezer for processed fish storage.

Kenai Adventure Cabins Queen Loft

Take it easy at this unique, tranquil Kenai getaway! This One Room Cozy Cabin has a Queen loft bed, a private covered porch, blackout shades, small table/2 chairs and mini fridge. This year round heated cabin (no water in cabin) has use of a separate building called Basecamp which has 7 bathrooms, free laundry facilities, a double kitchen, fireplace, and plenty of seating. Our new property consists of 12 One Room Cabins, 4 two bedroom cabins, Basecamp and an on-site Property Manager.

You'll want to hibernate for the winter in the spacious bedroom with king bed, a full bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen, and real Alaskan living from the rustic bed to the live edge finishes throughout. Central Location, shopping and fishing awaits. 3 miles to shopping and 5 - 10 miles to the best salmon fishing in the world. Paved road except the last 150 feet, but it’s maintained! Lots of parking, great views, very quiet. Feel at home in the great setting with a bbq on deck and patio furniture to sit and watch the wild life. New to the area, I have provided many flyers for all local events, tours and guides. You can’t go wrong here. Lots of room to spread out.

4Bears- Quiet, central to fishing & activities.

4 Bears is a comfy 1-acre hideaway at the end of a quiet lane. 3 Bedroom & 2 Bath one story home, plus a den w/ full bed, perfect for families & fishing trips. Just 10–15 mins to the Kenai River. Kick back on the deck, fire up the grill, and warm up by the fire pit (we’ve got the firewood and hot cocoa!). Garage for your gear & chest freezer for your catch. Games, cards, darts, & cornhole. Need an extra bed? Twin rollaway is great for a kid or teen!

Great little cabin for your Alaskan getaway! 10 minutes from great fishing at Bings Landing, 10 minutes from Soldotna, and only a couple minutes off of the highway. This cabin is great for your fishing, hunting or romantic getaway. This cabin offers 2 bedrooms, a full kitchen, bathroom, a washer and dryer and WiFi. This location may have some neighbors close by but it offers the seclusion you enjoy when you want to just get away and relax.

Year-round cottage sleeps 2 with 1 bed & 1 bath. The Cottage offers magnificent views of Cook Inlet, Twin Glaciers, Mt. Redoubt, Mt. Iliamna, and Mt. Spur, (all 3 are active volcanoes) The Waterfront Cottage has an abundance of wildlife including Moose, Eagles, Beluga whales (seasonal), an occasional Bear and more. There is Large yard, picnic table and fire-pit to share. Located ten minutes from downtown Kenai and the Kenai River.

Golddust Acres

This home is located in a quiet, wooded neighborhood, five minutes south of Soldotna. It's 70 miles to Homer and an hour and a half to Seward. It's close to the Kenai and Kasilof rivers. There's plenty of parking for a boat, snowmobile or trailer. There's moose and caribou in the area and the back yard has many varieties of birds. There are beautiful gardens front and back and lawns.
