Nearby are vineyards and GWU. 7 1/2 acres of serene beauty - sit by the pond and fish or hike the cleared trails down to the flowing creek. End the night sitting by the firepit. Sleeps 4-6 people. 1600 sq ft house with 2 BR, 2 Baths, den, and a beautiful open concept living dining and kitchen. Queen air mattress for den. NOTE: 6/25 upgraded to Starlink. Large porch off the apartment for sitting and bird watching.

We are located 5 minutes from TIEC, in a beautiful private setting. The villa is tucked away at Overmountain Vineyards overlooking the vineyards. The decor is contemporary and spacious, with all the conveniences of home. Speed limit is 10 MPH, we have pets and are a working farm! MAX OCCUPANCY 4. Additional $150 will be charged for additional guests. $250 non-refundable fee for 1 pet and $400 for 2 pets. Pets must be crated when not home.
