Newly renovated, cozy 2-Bedroom Apartment in the Historic Center of Riga. High-speed internet. Very quiet street. Just a 12-minute walk to the Central Railway Station and 15 minutes to Old Riga. Avotu Street (translated as “spring water”) is well known for its many wedding shops. Free parking is available in the backyard. Please note: gatherings and parties are not allowed. The apartment is located next to a park on the 5th floor of a 5 story building without elevator. The apartment is 32m2. It’s not too far from Riga city centre, many public transportation options available in close proximity. There are food store near by. Commute to Old Riga takes 15 min via public transport or 30 min by foot. Double/Queen size bed (160cm x 200cm). No smoking inside apartment. Free parking MAY be available - please confirm before booking to ensure availability.

Rokas stiepiena attālumā no skaistā Piejūras dabas parka un Baltijas jūras. Pludmale šeit ir īpaši klusa :) Pilnībā aprīkota. Visas ērtības un moderna sauna, kas pieejama par atsevišķu samaksu (40 EUR). Viegli pieejama gan ar auto, gan vilcienu (35min Garupe-Rīga) u.c. transportlīdzekļiem.

The apartment is composed of one bedroom and spacious living room. Living room with kitchen is perfect to relax after long day. Balcony/terrace is perfect for morning tea or coffee. It's is located in freshly developed business area 10 minutes drive to the city centre and 10 minutes walk to a bus or tram station. There is also restaurant, shopping mall and children's playground nearby the apartment. The flat is suitable for couples, families with kids and friends.

From the viewpoints appears river Daugava beneath the Vansu Bridge crossing it, low-rise Kipsala and Pardaugava with its miniature houses sinking into green gardens.

Peaceful and quiet holiday home for your recreation only 30-minute drive from Riga city! Holiday home GaujaUpe will be a perfect getaway for a holiday for a couple or a family up to 4 people. The houses are studio type, with a total area of ​​35m2 and an outdoor terrace of 12m2. As a "cherry on top" (not included in total price) there is a possibility to also offer to warm up and bathe in our sauna with a river view or rent a hot tube with jacuzzi.

She is friendly and most of the time sleeps inside the house, but if your are afraid of dogs, it will not suit. / Parties are not allowed in this property!
