Accommodation unit size is 23 m2 + 47 m2 (terrace). This accommodation unit welcomes pets at an additional charge.On terace you can make a barbecue. For this accommodation unit the final cleaning fee is included in the total price. Your vehicle will have a guaranteed parking space. Few centuries old stone villa located in a picturesque village Gata, on mountain Mosor. Sea is few km away, so it is possible to enjoy both mountain and beach. House is newly renovated, and because of COVID-19, has not been booked before season 2021. In front of the house, there is big yard with private pool, all gated. The outdoor area offers deck chairs, outdoor shower, and outdoor dining area with barbecue. Owner doesn't live on the property.
