It is only a 15-minute walk away from the National Art Gallery and the Liberty monument. The surrounding area has many popular cafes, restaurants and bars.

Located in the neighbourhood, where all the city life is just a 5-10 minutes walk away and at the same time, it does not feel as city at all as the forest and river walk is just around the corner.
