In a characteristic building, on the border of the lively city center you find our beautiful studio, with a lovely view on the canal and park. 1 minute walking brings you to the oldest shopping street 'Twijnstraat', Ledig Erf square & Museumkwartier. Around the corner you find cosy coffee- and winebars, café's, terraces and lots of restaurants. The trainstation with connections to Amsterdam, Schiphol and Eindhoven Airport and a direct tram to Uithof Science Park is just around the corner.

Downstairs apartment in the old centre of Rhenen

The whole apartment yours; separate frontdoor. It is situated in the centre of the charming old town. As the windows towards the street are with special panes, you have no problem with noise from the traffic. Rhenen is situated in the province of Utrecht, close to Gelderland; more or less in the middle of the Netherlands. By train it is about 1,5 hour to get to Amsterdam; to Utrecht about 1/2 hour, and to Arnhem about 1/2 by bus. For the first morning there is stuf to make your own breakfast.

Spacious and fully equipped apartment (60m2) at the top floor of our house. Located in a safe neighborhood in between the city center and the university area, at 5 to 10 minutes by bike. The apartment is the top floor (3/3) of an old house build in 1906. All rooms can be locked and you will have all the privacy you need. Nevertheless, I live at the two lower floors, and we will share the front door and the staircase, so we will both have to be considerate.

Ons ruime appartement (met 2 slaapkamers, woonkamer en eigen keuken) ligt in het pittoreske Overasselt midden in het groen, direct aan prachtige fiets en wandelroutes, direct aan de Maas(dijk) en vlakbij het Overasseltse vennengebied. Naast rust, ruimte en natuur liggen steden zoals Nijmegen, Arnhem en Den Bosch vlakbij. De voorzieningen zijn nieuw en goed verzorgd (het appartement is in juni 2020 gerealiseerd en pas sindsdien als (air)B&B geopend).

Het bestaat uit twee (slaap) kamers, een kitchenette en douche/toiletruimte. Een plek om onder te duiken en te onthaasten. U heeft beschikking over WIFI. Op de oprit van ons huis is er de mogelijkheid om te parkeren. Gelegen in het centrum, zowel bus als treinvervoer op loopafstand.
