Cozy Emmett house

Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally located place. This cute and cozy 3 bedroom, 1 bath house is located on a quarter acre lot fully fenced. We will be excepting longer stays and 2 pets max.There is a $30 pet fee for each pet per stay must be paid before arrival. In the evenings roast marshmallows around the campfire. In Walking distance to town and a very quiet neighborhood. We are 4 minutes from Gem Island sports complex and only 4 minutes the park to play.

Scavenger (Tiny House)

Yes, warm! Our place is a feeling. You can arrive in the dark and see by our firepit Park next to the deck, walk a few feet, open the door, and walk inside. You're home. We are setup for anytime arrival. "Kate Brown" wears a hat and is milked every day. We give a free goat milk sample. Free-range chickens and roosters will follow you. Snuggle down on the love couch for a Roku/Netflix movie (you connect to YOUR cellphone Hotspot). You can walk around and see wildlife or buy fresh eggs ($4).

Amenities include: patio, A/C, heat, stainless steel appliances, updated kitchen and bathrooms, in-suite master bath, washer & dryer, and 100mbps internet. Walking distance to downtown Emmett's park, shops, restaurants, and Saturday market. 58" smart TV in the living room with Netflix and other streaming services available. Both rooms have queen beds with fresh linens. This is a NO-SMOKING property.
