Charming private house in Tbilisi's city center

Two-story private house with grapevine-covered courtyard in the historic part of Tbilisi's city center. Open plan kitchen and living area, upstairs bedrooms, and large outdoor veranda make it ideal for a family or couples. Our house is conveniently located in the very center of the city. Five minutes walk to Rustaveli Avenue (main street with museums and cafes) and the metro. Two minutes walk to the Old City, the touristic center of Tbilisi. One minute walk to a large Carrefour supermarket.

Ateshgah Residence, Old Tbilisi

Ateshgah Residence is located in the heart of Old Tbilisi district Kldis Ubani on the top of a steep street behind 5th century Zoroastrian temple Ateshgah. As this is old part of the city, you need to take steps to get to the house. No parking space is available. This location allows to quickly get to all attractions in the city, such as: Mother Georgia Statue, Narikala Fortress, Botanical Garden, Leghvta-Khevi, Sulphur bathes, Shardeni Street with great dinning places, bars and nightclubs.

JIKSI Sunny House in Old Tbilisi "SololakI"

The house is located at one of the oldest districts of Tbilisi and is listed in cultural/historical heritage monuments’ protection. It’s situated just for 10 minutes walk to the Freedom square and old town, such as Sulphur bathes and Narikala Castle. Besides sightseeing, in the heart of Capital, You can even enjoy the fresh air at the Botanical Garden and Funicular (Mtatsminda). The meals are also available nearby, - different cafes, restaurants with the 24-hour supermarkets.

The small, family owned old house has been recently renovated with great care to keep its unique characteristics. The old authentic feel is totally preserved and some details added for more comfort. The accommodation is located in the very center of Telavi. Within 5 minutes walking distance from the central square, King Erekle II palace and the central park Nadikvari which has an amazing view on the Alazani valley and the Caucasus mountain range.

С одной стороны в пяти минутах ходьбы от дома-центр посёлка (музей, автовокзал, магазины, рестораны), с другой- дикая,не тронутая человеком природа. Сам дом обволакивает аутентичной обстановкой. Всё сделано с любовью и уважением к своим предкам. Всё, что находится в доме принадлежало трём поколениям семьи. Мы сделаем все, чтобы вам ещё не раз хотелось вернуться к нам. Our house is near the wood, (but It's 15 minutes from the centre by walk). So, you can feel cool and fresh air. From the balcony, you can enjoy the picturesque view of Caucasian mountain range. Our house is perfect for anyone who wants to discover traditional atmosphere of Georgia, feel relaxed around the forest of pine, and enjoy big garden with nice flower-beds and vineyard. We can offer to taste delicious Georgian wine.

Добро пожаловать в наш дом :) На первом этаже вы найдёте ваше жельё с отдельной ванной, кухней, спальными комнатами и винным погребом :) Я живу с моей женой Ликой на втаром этаже. приглашю вас в наш садик попробовать домашнего вина или шашлика. При желании вы можете прокатится на наших велосипедах и осмотреть наш городок. При надобности могу встретить в Аэропорту Кутаиси, также показать все достопрмечательности региона.

Our small house - cozy and comfortable like a real bird nest is located in the very center of the city, 5 minutes walk from the main street - Rustaveli avenue, behind the former parliament building in main historical part of Tbilisi. Есть интернет, телевизор со спутниковым ТВ (каналы разных стран). Рядом красивый сад и площадка для отдыха на улице. На территории есть бесплатная парковка. До пляжа можно добраться на такси (5 лари) или на автобусах 7 и 15 (0.5 лари за 20 минут).
