Unser altes, ehemaliges Bauernhaus liegt in Burgschleinitz, einem hübschen Dorf mit mittelalterlicher Wasserburg und romanischer Kirche zwischen Wald- und Weinviertel nahe Eggenburg. Gemütliche, südseitige und ruhige Wohnküche. Schlafbereich mit Vorhang teilbar. Fahrräder, Kanus, Kajaks, Sandspielplatz, Tischtennistisch und die Sauna mit Bad und Außendusche stehen euch frei zur Verfügung. K dispozici Hot-tube, gril, krb s udírnou i loď pro 5 osob. Ubytování je vhodné i pro celou rodinu včetně pejsků. Kozlanská pláž (400m), Koněšínská pláž (800m), přístaviště parníků. Nedaleko jsou i turisticky vyhledávaná místa Maxův kříž, zříceniny hradů Kozlov a Holoubek a cyklistické stezky.

The approx. 30m2 apartment is located directly in Stein's old town - an ideal location for a visit to the various museums close by or a day trip with one of the many ships up the Danube valley - a UNESCO World Heritage Site. In addition, the vibrant city centre of Krems with its coffee shops, confectionaries and bars and the Campus Krems are within walking distance.

Der Bungalow zur alleinigen Nutzung befindet sich direkt am Lehenhüttl-teich in absoluter Ruhelage und gehört gemeinsam mit dem Wohnhaus der Eigentümer zum erhaltenswerten Gebäude im Grünland. Nachbarn gibt es keine (Einzellage). Der schöne Ort Jaidhof mit Schloß und Erholungsteich ist ca. 500m entfernt. Krems an der Donau ist ca. 18 km entfernt. Der Ort Gföhl mit Geschäften und Restaurants ist 1km entfernt. Am Stausee Krumau (10km) hat man die Möglichkeit zu einer Bootsfahrt.

Das mit viel Liebe errichtete Apartment (ca. 40m²) befindet sich im ruhigen, historischen Altstadtkern und ist mit Fußbodenheizung, Bad/WC sowie einer Küchenzeile ausgestattet. Nahversorger, urige Heurigen und Wander- bzw. Radwege sind ganz in der Nähe.

Flat in an old farmhouse

We turned an old stable into an apartment. We tried to preserve the atmosphere of the place. The flat is located in the courtyard of a renovated old farm where we are living ourselves (parents and 2 children). The area is called the Wagram, 3 km away from the Danube and around 50 km away from the center of Vienna. Our two cats are also part of the family;you are welcome to interact with them. However, they are not allowed in the flat :-)
