Welcome to our cosy little bothy by the sea. Carrick Shore is a wonderful place, with a lovely, sheltered beach, amazing views and spectacular sunsets, right on the doorstep. This is the perfect compromise between a cottage and a glamping pod! It's tiny, but timeless, with the emphasis on comfort and relaxation. This unique studio is part of a house on a charming old stable block surrounded by idyllic countryside. Situated on a private estate which was split up in the 50's, located on the shores of the Solway Firth. It is cosy and rustic with genorous proportions, a well equipped kitchen and a wood burning stove. We are close to stunning beaches and mountains with lots of local activities and amazing walks. We have a small garden with a picnic bench for alfresco entertaining, weather permitting!

Set in its own grounds, this chalet is part of a group of beach houses, a stones throw from the sea. You just need to step out onto the decking to enjoy the views and interact with the local wildlife.

Plenty of games and books etc for the young ones. Carrick Bay has plenty of opportunities to fish, swim, walk, cycle, sail, canoe, windsurf or paddle board. Or of course just chill with a cold drink and stargaze. Friday check in, 3 night minimum booking in winter months and minimum 7 days from April to November.
