MacLeod Cove is a 3-bedroom cottage on the Bras d'Or, Cape Breton's beautiful inland sea. Enjoy ocean views and private cove, within 25 minutes drive of Baddeck, North Sydney (Newfoundland ferry terminal), and the Cabot Trail. Smoking and fires of any kind are not permitted anywhere on the property. The cottage is very private, surrounded by forest and sea. It typically has good cell phone coverage and we have wifi. Each person after the first 2, will be charged an additional $30/night. Due to the delicate nature of rural utilities, only paying guests are welcome to use the property. No gatherings or parties. The Bunkie is a STAND ALONE structure, separate from the Beach House. Consider this if traveling with young kids. This cozy bunkie (10’ x 14’) sports a comfy King sized bed, vaulted ceiling, great views and a covered deck. THIIS IS THE ONLY CLIMATE CONTROLLED AREA at the property.

Our cozy cottage is located in Mira Gut, NS. Come enjoy the front patio with a beautiful view of Mira Bay! There is a private beach across the street or try Mira Gut provincial park beach approximately 1 km down the road. There is a children’s play structure onsite. The cottage has been newly renovated and is very modern and tastefully decorated - a true oasis!

Modern micro-home on 2.5 acre ocean front lot. Walk the trails along the shore right from the deck, or just relax and watch the ships go by. There is a steep trail down the cliff to a pebble beach (which sometimes washes out) Nearby attractions; 2 min to restaurants in Dominion and Dominion Beach, 10 min to the airport and CBU, 20 min to downtown Sydney.

Located just a few steps from the shore of the Mira River in a peace full setting. Short distance to Sydney with all the big city amenities. Beaches of Mira Cut, Gabarus and Belfry. Daytrips get you to all the places Cape Breton has to offer. Afternoon excursions to the Two River Wildlife Park Mira Provincial Park, Ski Ben Eoin and Golfclubs.
