This is a newly converted annexe with all modern fittings within a secure private drive on the edge of the pretty village of Butleigh We have the farm shop/cafe open daily over the road which has a pop up pub most Friday evenings - dogs welcome too Close to Glastonbury, Street and Millfield with fantastic walks and cycling in the area It is open planned but perfect for families as can sleep up to 3 children with the double sofa bed and an extra camp bed Well behaved dogs allowed max of two.

The Hidey Hole - Cottage in the heart of Wells

The Old Stables

Right on the edge of nature reserves this is perfect for cyclists and bird watchers. In the winter months you can witness the famous murmurations. Recently renovated with love, this 17th Century house has modern features in a traditional build. With gorgeous walls made of stone, the attention to detail creates a wonderful environment, whether it be cosiness or relaxation you wish for, or even a little dinner party! Lower Godney is a charming community in the Somerset levels. Fields and farm animals a plenty, we are also lucky enough to be surrounded by nature & bird reserves. It goes without saying the walking and biking is heavenly!

The Vault

The Vault is a really special space, which we hope you can see from the photographs. It is a basement studio apartment with its own private entrance. It is quiet and cosy with underfloor heating and an ambient temperature all year round. This property is very central, making it easy to plan your visit. We are very close to the harbour and the property is on the famous Georgian Square, Queen Square. It feels like you have stepped into a film from Jane Austen as you come out of the building.

The Folly, detached coach house.

This stylish coach style place to stay is perfect for groups, family visits or business trips. Set over two floors, kitchen downstairs with private courtyard and living area and bedrooms upstairs. Set in the heart of the high street, a short walk away from Clark’s village and the town centre where you will find plenty of places to shop and eat. It’s a great place to stay if you’re looking to explore the area with tourist attractions such as Glastonbury, Glastonbury tor or the festival.

Relax on the patio, catch a view of the Red Kite soaring high, or visit the sheep, ponies, goats, ducks and chickens in the surrounding field. Get active on the many footpaths leading from our property, gently cycle the Somerset levels or try the more challenging rides on the Mendip Hills. Active or relaxing - we guarantee you will enjoy the view from our Lodge at the end of your day.

The Coach House

Take a break and unwind at this peaceful location in beautiful Somerset. The Coach House is a recently converted barn located in the quiet hamlet of Burcott just a mile from the Cathedral City of Wells, at the foot of the Mendip Hills. It is the perfect base to explore the county of Somerset with Glastonbury Tor, Wookey Hole Caves and Cheddar Gorge all within 20 minutes drive. There are 2 village pubs, a cafe and grocery shop all just a 15 minute walk away.
