90 Acre Mountainview Ranch Home

Escape to a beautiful ranch home in the Catskill Mountains, offering a spacious and open 2000 sqft layout with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, accommodating up to 7-8 guests. The property is surrounded by 90 acres of land with trails for hiking and biking, two ponds with freshwater fish, and stunning mountain views. The house is bright and airy with large windows that frame the beautiful scenery. It features a mix of rustic and modern decor and amenities, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere.

Rocky Boulder View Tiny House

We are open! Visit majesticfarm .com and insta majesticfarmheritage to get a sense of the grounds. You can also purchase wood, meats and so on. Beautiful site overlooks orchard. There are huge boulders to sit and climb on. There is one full size bed in the house, bring bedding. There is a picnic table and a camp fire pit. There is a shared kitchen and outhouse. FALL/WINTER advisory - the water features are generally turned off from November - March. There is no heat or electric in the house.

The Waterfall Casita: A-frame with 30ft Waterfall

Nestled among Hemlock trees & steps from a 30 ft waterfall is our cozy A-frame cabin. Sitting on 33 private acres connected to state land, enjoy waterfall views while sipping coffee in front of the fireplace. The casita was intentionally designed to feel like a home away from home. In summer, cool off in the waterfalls & private streams, in autumn take in the stunning foliage & in winter ski/snowboard at Belleayre (25 mins away). Alder Lake & the Pepacton Reservoir fishing are a 10 min drive.

Summer Spa on a Cascading Brook - The Water House

The brook flows through an evergreen forest creating a nourishing environment and the perfect setting for a relaxing and rejuvenating spa retreat. The living/dining room, hot tub/deck, and gas fire pit are set overlooking the cascading brook, ideal for entertaining, meditating or simply as an enjoyable natural muse. Tiny House 1 is a year-round rustic cabin made from locally hewn rough cut lumber. It has a sleeping loft with a queen size bed and a single day bed, accommodating up to 3 guests. There is a full kitchen and bathroom as well as a deck with an outdoor dining table. There is central heat for the winter, window A/C units for the summer and a smart TV. Tiny House 1 guests can also enjoy a private picnic table, firepit and charcoal grill.
