Welcome to A New Beginning! This is a beautiful river view property with many large windows throughout. 3 spacious bedrooms and 2 baths. There is also a private outside shower. There is a public and private boat ramp easily accessible. Beautiful sunsets can be seen from the porch that wraps the house on 3 sides. The under house parking is a great place to relax, let the kids play, or just watch tv and enjoy a cold drink. This jewel is off the beaten path. Small country towns are 20 minutes away.

Inside, you'll find a thoughtfully designed space featuring one bedroom, a full bathroom & a sleeper sofa—ideal for couples, solo adventurers, or small families. Enjoy your morning coffee on the porch while admiring the sounds of nature, or spend your evenings stargazing by the water.

"Shaka Laka" Guest House and Ranch

Come feel the magic of our renovated country guest house. It's a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom, with a full kitchen, dining & living room. The master bedroom has a king bed and the 2nd bedroom sleeps 3 with a twin XL bunk bed and a separate twin XL bed. The master bath has a luxurious walk-in curbless shower & double vanity. The house is down a private drive after going through a security gate. Guests have use of our private in-ground pool (pools open) BBQ, fire pit, 40 acres, and 2 fishing ponds.
