Historic Home with Private and Adorable Upstairs

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Private upstairs includes 3 cozy and comfortable bedrooms and a bath. Downstairs there is access to the 1872 porch and private entry/dining space. This historic Victorian Rural Gothic Cottage with its large yard is situated on the boundary line between Springfield and Eugene. It is an easy walk to paths and trails along the Willamette River and under two miles to the nearby downtowns. Autzen Stadium is a 1-1/2 mile walk through grassy fields!

Enjoy a relaxing experience at this centrally-located home away from home. The Cottage is a new build in a quiet neighborhood within 20 min. of just about everything in the Eugene/Springfield area. The Cottage is conveniently located 5 min. from Autzen Stadium by car (30 min walk) along walk/bike paths and 3/4 mile from the Shoppes at Gateway.

This convenient yet secluded Owl Road Barn is set back on our spring fed unique 4 acre property that is boardering on the 385 acre Spencer butte park, offering solitude. It is only 4 miles to Hayward Field and Autsum stadium. Bring your binoculars you will find abundant bird and wild life to watch.

The room has everything you need for a comfortable trip to Eugene/Springfield including a queen bed, full bathroom with soap, shampoo and shower gel, mini-fridge, microwave, coffee maker, hot water pot, and more. You'll enjoy personal touches including my own personal pottery and photography.

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located space. Easy walking access to downtown Springfield eateries, stores & the Willamette River trail. Less than 3 miles from UO, 1 to Riverbend Hospital. Direct bus lines close by. Our guest space (about 300 square feet) sits cozy within our .3 acre garden yard. We’ve aimed to make it self sufficient - with fridge, hot plate, microwave with pizza oven, coffee making options, etc.-and we’re always happy to help if you need anything!

Enjoy this cute & cozy tiny home equipped to make your vacation comfortable & convenient. Our house is located within walking distance to the U of O, Hayward Field & Matthew Knight Arena. Just a few minutes from either downtown Eugene or Springfield. We are also located close to Hendricks Park, a beautiful rhododendron & native plant garden. Supermarket, many great restaurants & easy access to I-5 all very close by. Spanish, French & English are spoken. All are welcome here!

Peaceful and centrally-located, you have the place all to yourself and can stay via entry code for easy access day or night. It's a one-bedroom, one-bath with a comfy living room and fully equipped kitchen suited for longer stays or just those who love to cook. Sleeping options include a queen memory foam mattress, heavy duty airbed, or the outdoor tent cot (available upon request).
