A gentle slope leads down to your very own private dock, located in a tranquil cove just off the main channel. Here you can spend your days swimming, fishing, or simply basking in the warm sunshine as you take in the stunning natural surroundings.

Your Charming Country Cottage

Whether you need a country getaway or a place to lay your head after a football game, our cottage in the foothills of upstate SC is the perfect spot for both. You’ll find us tucked away just outside the quaint little town of Six Mile, 10 miles north of Clemson University and in close proximity to 3 of the upstate's favorite lakes: Lake Keowee, Lake Jocassee and Lake Hartwell. Here you’ll enjoy the serenity of country life without feeling “too far out" or away from all the upstate has to offer.

3 little Care Bear bungalow

Come and experience a little getaway on Lake Hartwell. This is a cute little house, perfect for families or just getting away from the hustle and bustle of Atlanta or Charlotte. There is fishing and you can go swimming in the cove. there's is plenty of parking available on my driveway for your boat SUV or other vehicles. Walmart and Ingles is about 8.2 miles from the house. drive into the city of Hartwell and experience some of the local dining. I left some brochures of my favorite restaurants.

Destination Keowee

A rustic industrial style Lake Keowee lakefront escape that places you right on a panoramic point in a private cove. Welcome the outdoors in with the 6ft kitchen hinge bar window to the upper deck or enjoy the 6-seat hot tub on lower deck. Deep water dock tie off space is available. Guests enjoy the use of 2 standup paddle boards, and lakeside fire pit (guest provide firewood). Great cove sunsets! 15 minutes to Clemson and 1 min Lighthouse Restaurant. Located on the South Fork Broad River just below Watson Mill Bridge State Park, this A-Frame is a unique and tranquil escape. Perfect for a couple’s getaway, it features a king-size loft bed and peaceful river views. Bring your beach towels and enjoy the chairs provided for relaxing on the sandbars and rocks in the river. Cute Corner Apt in Historic Downtown, named Mary.

Spacious, cute, corner, upstairs studio apartment above old hardware store, overlooking the downtown, historic district of Royston, GA. Original hardwood floors, historic feel and retro charm. We are 20 minutes from I-85, Lavonia and Hartwell, 40 minutes from Athens and 5 minutes from Emmanuel College. Accommodations for adults age 21 and over. Sorry, NO CHILDREN under age 12, due to steep stairs, and noise for other guests. SMOKE and PET-FREE environment.

The Cottage

Come relax and refresh in peaceful surroundings. Relax and unwind on the front porch. Experience tranquility as the sun sets and the frogs start croaking. You are welcome to cast a line in the pond to try your skill at fishing. Fishing poles are not provided. The cottage is private but still has convenience of Walmart and Oconee Memorial Hospital within a 5 minute drive. We are 13 miles from Clemson. Minimum age to book is 25 years of age.

Tiny house

BRAND NEW 490 sq ft tiny house/cottage nestled in the woods in a country setting. Complete with a queen bedroom, a twin/day bed and then a queen bed in loft ( comfortably sleeps 4 adults and one child). We are conveniently located 10 miles from I-85 exit 1 on S Hwy 11. 20 minutes from Clemson, 8 minutes from Seneca, and just a short drive to many hiking trails, lakes and parks in the beautiful foothills of the Blue Ridge mountains.

Shady Rest

As you enter the screened in front porch you will instantly relax, experience a peaceful and quiet tree lined front yard. The house has plenty of shade and old oaks, built in 1935 has the charm of visiting great grandmother’s farm house without the wallpaper. Large side deck with grill, hot tub and plenty of shaded sitting. Side yard has a fire pit for evening campfires and roasting marshmallows. The house has an open floor plan.

Beaverdam Creek Retreat in Dewy Rose.

Our remodeled taxidermy turned cabin has two bedrooms and one full bath. Both bedrooms have closets. We have a full kitchen. The living room has a 50'' tv with digital channels and Hulu. WIFI is excellent throughout the entire cabin. You'll have access to Beaverdam Creek by walking down the driveway. *We will allow longer stays to guests who need to stay for work trips on a case by case basis. Relaxing retreat on Lake Hartwell.

Our one bedroom "apartment" has everything you need for a relaxing getaway. Room for air mattresses too. There is swimming, fishing, kayaking, and just plain relaxing here. We are close to hiking and waterfalls. Approximately one hour from UGA or one hour from Clemson for a getaway football weekend. Come enjoy and bring your pets too—they are always welcome!
