The apt is at the first floor and it consist of an open space area with a double bed and a double sofa bed, a nice kitchen and a cozy bathroom. It is a very good position to explore Lake Como and its landmarks.

Hier triffst du Ziegen, Kühe, Hühner und viele weitere Tiere und erlebst das authentische Leben auf dem Lande hautnah.

Der liebevoll renovierte Bauwagen mit wunderschöner Panoramascheibe steht auf unserer Obstwiese direkt am Waldesrand mit Weitsicht über die Stockhornkette und das Aaretal. Weg vom Trubel der Stadt ist dies der perfekte Ort, um deiner Seele eine Pause zu gönnen.

Unsere grosse 4.5 Zimmer-Familienwohnung mit Balkon im 2. Obergeschoss ist zentral gelegen. Nah bei der Natur, top für diverse Aktivitäten. Die Alpen und die Seenlandschaft locken das ganze Jahr. Ob Städtetrip, Bootsrundfahrt oder Bergerlebnis alles ist an einem Tag möglich. Für Familien haben wir zusätzlich ein grossen Aussen-Spielplatz. Die Feuerstelle beim Lindenbaum laden zum geselligen Grillgenuss. Ein Soccertisch im Aufenthaltsraum lockt zum ausgelassenen Spiel.

Located in a secluded area, surrounded by greenery makes it an ideal place to spend the holidays. There is a beautiful panoramic view of the Saint Gotthard Region. It is also a great starting point for walks, bike excursions or celebrations such as birthdays, bachelor and bachelorette parties, Team building, etc.

Skifahren im nahen Skigebiet Hoch-Ybrig und Oberiberg, Langlauf im Nachbardorf Studen-Unteriberg, Schneeschuhlaufen. Bike- und Wandertouren, sowie schwimmen im Hallenbad Unteriberg oder das Alpamare in Pfäffikon-Schwyz das man von uns aus in 30 min. Autofahrt erreicht.
