It features a fully equipped kitchen. Outside of the house there is a large terrace with swimming pool. Sun loungers invite you to relax by the pool while you prepare delicious al fresco meals on the covered outdoor grill. The house also has its own gym where you can keep in shape during your vacation.

Kućica se nalazi van sela, od mora je udaljena oko 1km (2 min. automobilom). Market je udaljen oko 1,5km. Grad Krk i Malinska 14 km, trajektno pristanište Valbiska 6,3 km.
