There is nice long walkway all by the sea from Barbat util Rab town. A lot of very good restaurants nearby , caffe bars , supermarkets, bars, pizzeria.. etc - all walking distance. Ideal for families and kids. There are several free parking spaces&paid parking ( 0.40 cents/h only to pay 8am -8 pm or 6 eur day.

Possibility to try and buy local fish from local fishermen near by. Due to Corona pandemic we are cleaning and disinfecting with Kärcher steamer for your safety and also with antibacterial soaps. Also, there is the sea view, which can be enjoyed from all bedrooms on the first floor. This home is ideal for two families.

The apartment has a separate entrance. The apartment has a kitchen, dining room, bedroom, bathroom and a covered terrace with a table and a view of the garden. The apartment is air-conditioned, has satellite TV and an internet connection. Guests can use the garage, barbecue and shower cabin in the yard, as well as a large table in the yard. The house is a two-minute walk to the sandy beach. There is only one apartment for rent in the house. There are three excellent restaurants nearby.

Supermarkt, Apotheke, Drogerie, Bäcker und diversen Cafés, Restaurants, Hafen, sowie der Stadtwald in wenigen Gehminuten zu erreichen sind, ist das Haus eine Oase der Ruhe in zauberhafter Natur.

Naša obiteljska kuća nalazi se na samoj pješčanoj plaži, pogled soba, apartmana i restorana je čaroban, predivan pogled na more, barke i uvale. Sobe nude privatan balkon, klimu, mini bar, tv, besplatni bežični internet. U našem obiteljskom restoranu nudimo domaća jela, svježe ulovljenu ribu koju lovimo svakoga dana obiteljskim ribarskim brodom. Apartman je s predivnim pogledom na more, privatnim balkonom. U našem obiteljskom domu osjećati ćete se toplo i ugodno!
