Restriction Notice. All off-road vehicles including motorcycles need to be trailered into the property and trailered out of the property. While the cool temperatures tempt you to stay all summer long, the ideal location within 20 miles of restaurants, hiking, mountain biking, and off-roading makes exploring easy!

Our one-room camping cabin is wheelchair accessible and can accommodate up to 6 guests. This pet-friendly cabin provides two sets of bunk beds that come with bedding. There is a mini refrigerator, cable TV, heat and A/C, plus accessible features that include a wheelchair ramp entry, swinging front door, and wider doorways. Enjoy the weather from the screened-in porch with a table and chairs, plus a picnic table and fire pit. Shared bathroom and showers are located nearby for your convenience.

Top of the World Rental w/ Loft

Our Top of the World Vacation Rentals can sleep up to 6 adults. They come with a queen in the primary bedroom, twin bunks in the second bedroom, a sleeper sofa in the living room, & two queen beds in the overhead loft area. The kitchen provides full appliances. RVs and Camping Trailers are not permitted to park at vacation rental parking at any time. Utility trailers hauling toys will require booking a second site due to extremely limited, to no overflow parking. Please call for details

This camping cabin is a one-room rental that offers pet-friendly accommodations and provides 2 full size beds to accommodate up to 4 guests. Towels are available upon request at check-in, and you’ll find hot showers and restroom facilities located nearby for your convenience.

4 Person Camping Cabin in Moab

Our Rustic one-room 4 person Camping Cabin (~120 sq ft) features a queen bed and twin bunk beds. There is A/C, heat, Wi-Fi, porch, picnic table, grill, bike racks, parking. No refrigerator. There is no bathroom or running water. Restroom facilities and outdoor kitchen sink are nearby for your convenience. Bed Linens and towels are not included but can be rented for a fee of $30 let us know if you will need them before arrival. Pets OK, there is an additional $50 Fee.

This 1 bedroom 1 bath, full kitchen cottage is located at Ballard RV Park, a small quiet park located off I-70 at exit 187, 35 miles from Moab. There is an Exxon/7-11 right at the exit. Pets are welcome with a $25 PET FEE. We are 10 miles north of some of the best & well preserved Dinosaur tracks in the world and close to Arches and Canyonlands National Parks. Our houses have accumulated over 700 5 star reviews. Come enjoy some of the best that nature has to offer.
