This 90 year old cabin is rich in history with its rustic exterior and has been finished out with a modern design inspired by wildflowers on the interior. The cabin is just south of Grand Lake, It is extremely easy to access via car, has a great view of Rocky Mountain National Park, and boasts all of the modern amenities to make you feel comfortable during your stay. In the Spring through Autumn we offer a canoe, 2-kayaks and paddle board from our private dock where you may fish and play on the water all day or relax by the campfire while you roast marshmallows and enjoy family laughter. GL town is 1 mile away from the cabin. RMNP is near as well Let us spoil you with a fully stocked kitchen, comfy beds, and spa like bathrooms. Our lodge is 3 miles from the charming town of Grand Lake & 7 miles from the Western Gateway to Rocky Mountain National Park. Cozy up to one of our 12 themed cabins nestled up to the canal. Enjoy the comfortable atmosphere of the mountains by our 2 communal fire pits. Year around fishing, hiking, and new Gameroom. MLL was built in the 1950's; these authentic rustic cabins are the perfect retreat. Onsite are 3 outside security cameras for your safety. One camera is located in detached Gameroom.

Brand New Cabin at Rocky Mountain National Park

Entire brand new, modern & bright cabin. We lost the cabin in 2020 in one of the largest wildfires in Colorado history, and just finished rebuilding. What we lost from the seclusion of trees, we gained in 360 degree views of Kawuneeche Valley & Rocky Mountain National Park. Nature has rebounded quickly & you will see abundant wildlife grazing the meadow, with moose and elk visiting daily. You can snowmobile/ATV from cabin to trails in less than 10 min. 4WD/AWD HIGHLY RECOMMENDED in Winter.

New! Kick back and relax in this beautifully remodeled, ground level studio. Fully equipped kitchen, stone fireplace, queen size bed and pull out sofa. Large covered patio too with mountain views! Ski Granby Ranch or Winter Park, visit Grand Lake, Hot Sulphur Springs, Rocky Mountain National Park and more! Horseback riding, Sleigh rides, Tubing, Snowmobiling, Boating, Kayaking, Paddle boarding, Fishing, Golf, Swimming. It's all here! Check in is at 4:00 pm and check out is at 10:00 am.

That Dam Cabin, too!

This historic yet modern 500 square foot cabin was built in 1932 for men working on the Shadow Mountain dam. When we found it, we knew this would be the perfect getaway for us and wanted others to share this experience too. Our cabin is 4 miles from downtown Grand Lake! It's a short drive to restaurants, shops, hiking, fishing, the beach and kayak/boat rentals. Head to the Rocky Mountain National park to hike and see wildlife or stay home and enjoy s'mores around the fire.

"The Laundry Room”Safe, Cozy little studio dtwn GL

"The Laundry Room" is a brand new studio hosted by Park Residences in a space that literally used to be a utility room since all the way back in the 50's and is now a completely remodeled studio with brand new walls, pipes, appliances, heaters, everything you can think of. We offer free high speed internet, coffee, Netflix, Hulu, HBO, Amazon Prime Video for our guests to enjoy. Please note that there is a rental unit on the second floor

Cozy 1 bedroom Granby Ranch condo

Welcome to our Granby Ranch condo! Great access to skiing, hiking, biking, fishing and golf. Guests also have access to the outdoor pool and hot tub at the base of the ski mountain (small fee required)as well as a free tub in our complex. Unit has a master bedroom with a queen sized bed. FYI-I don’t accept any reservation requests without confirming the cleaning arrangements first. Our STR permit # is 006840.
